SDMA+ Romantic ArtStops with The San Diego Shakespeare Society (First Performance)

See the famous balcony scene from “Romeo and Juliet” performed in the Museum upper and lower rotunda! Join San Diego Shakespeare Society actors for this special SDMA+ Romantic ArtStops performance.

The program will be shared in two parts. The performance begins with an in-gallery portion that is free with Museum admission then moves to continue in front of the Museum, free to the public. If you would like to enjoy the entire program, please meet in the Museum rotunda at 1:00 p.m. (first performance) or 2:30 p.m. (second performance). If you would like to enjoy the free portion of the program, please meet at 1:25 p.m. (first performance) or 2:55 p.m. (second performance) on the Museum front steps.
The SDMA+ Romantic ArtStops with The San Diego Shakespeare Society two performances will take place in two parts at the following times:
- First performance
- 1:00 p.m. Museum rotunda, free with Museum admission
- 1:25 p.m. Plaza de Panama in front of the Museum, free to all
- Second performance
- 2:30 p.m. Museum rotunda, free with Museum admission
- 2:55 p.m. Plaza de Panama in front of the Museum, free to all
Performance date and times are subject to change.
Attendance Policy: In keeping with San Diego County and California Department of Public Health guidelines (last updated April 2022), attendees are not required to provide proof of vaccination nor to wear masks while at our events. However, we still strongly recommend mask-wearing at indoor events and urge our attendees to be vaccinated.
Guest events: Unless specifically mentioned, The San Diego Shakespeare Society is not involved with any guest events published to our calendar. (Our events will have the notation of “SDSS event.) Inclusion here is neither an endorsement nor a recommendation of other events.
