Click HERE on April 7th at 5:30 pm to join our Zoom reading!
The open readings began in 2011, and every month, we’ve met in-person to read the works of Shakespeare! We’ve had several meeting spots over the years, and most recently, we’ve been at the Coronado Public Library and the Barnes and Noble in Escondido.
As we all continue to “shelter-in-place”, we are transitioning our events in light of the physical distancing that’s taking place—and so, we bring you another virtual experiment—in collaboration with the Coronado Public Library—and hope that you’ll attend!
Led by Society Board member Nathan Agin, we’ll read comedic scenes from Shakespeare’s works, including selections from Much Ado About Nothing, The Taming of the Shrew, Twelfth Night, Love’s Labour’s Lost, and more!
You can attend to read, or just listen!
(You’ll need to have Zoom installed on your phone or computer.)
Guest events: Unless specifically mentioned, The San Diego Shakespeare Society is not involved with any guest events published to our calendar. (Our events will have the notation of “SDSS event.) Inclusion here is neither an endorsement nor a recommendation of other events.
