2025 Star Award Honoree:
Laura Ganz-Holtan has been one of our most dedicated volunteers, serving in various capacities on the Board of Directors of the San Diego Shakespeare Society, currently as our Treasurer, a critical position of trust often avoided by others but embraced by Laura in her preparation of budgets and her minding of expenses. An accomplished actor, Laura has also contributed to the Society’s mission by frequently performing roles in our thrice-yearly collaboration with the San Diego Museum of Art and by superbly playing Polonius in our resoundingly successful production of Hamlet at Westminster Theatre. Further, she has produced our expertly designed theatre programs. And through her efforts, our social activities, such as the Bard Birthday Party, have been great successes. All this Laura achieves while also a docent at the Timken Museum of Art and a yoga teacher.
